Amble Pier 81 deservedly won the Lewin Cup Final as they disposed of local rivals Red Row Brick Club after extra time.  Shaun Black gave the Brick Club, who had been reduced to ten men after half an hour, a lead on the stroke of half time, and it looked to be enough as the game approached 90 minutes.  A late equaliser took the game into extra time, and Pier 81 used their extra man advantage in the hot conditions to run out 6-1 winners.  Man of the Match Ross Gair led the way with a hat-trick, with other goals coming from Chris Glass and an own goal.

Champions Lynemouth wrapped up their league campaign in Division One before facing Felton in the MKM Challenge Cup Final next week with a 5-3 win over Pegswood Ex-Services.  Chris Snaith, Stuart Dickinson and Graham Allen were on target for the Ex, but goals from Adam Kent, John Ramm, Marc Richardson, David Brown and Anthony Wade saw Lynemouth take the points.

In Division Two, Amble Reserves secured the title with a 4-1 win over Ox Inn, Middleton.  Jack Palmer netted for the Ox, whilst Kevin Bell (2), Declan Armstrong and Chris Connor weighed in to fire the Amble outfit to the title.
